Summer is right around the corner and nothing screams summer more than festivals! Lucky for us, we have several happening this weekend in the Seacoast. Here are Macaroni KID Seacoast's picks for five things to do this weekend.
1. Newington Summerfest 2024
Head over to the Mall at Fox Run in Newington for an annual carnival complete with rides, games, food and more. (June 13th - 16th, 6 pm - 10 pm)
2. 42nd Somersworth International Children's Festival
Somersworth is holding its annual Children's Festival on Saturday. Stop by for a day of live music, petting zoo, games, vendors and much more. (June 14th, 10 am)
3. Father's Day Weekend Events

Celebrate Dad this weekend with some great events happening all over the Seacoast, including the Father's Day 5K at Margarita's in Dover and the 2024 Father’s Day Flop at Water Country in Portsmouth. See our Father's Day Guide for more fun ideas! (June 15th - 16th)
It's strawberry season! Applecrest Farms in Hampton Falls is hosting its yearly festival celebrating all things strawberries. (June 15th - 16th, 11 am - 3 pm)
Start off summer right with a party at the UNH Rec Outdoor Pool. There will be music, games and snacks. (June 15th, 4 pm - 7 pm)
