Where to Shop for Father's Day in the Seacoast |
Searching for that special gift? Get him a great gift and support a locally-owned Seacoast business all at the same time! Here are some of our favorites ideas:
- Buy him a round of golf at any of the numerous golf courses in the Seacoast. Some of our favorites include The Oaks in Somersworth, Apple Hill Golf Club in Kingston and Breakfast Hill Golf Club in Greenland.
- Take him to an escape room such as Monkey Mind Escape Rooms in Portsmouth or Beyond Escape in Durham for a fun activity the whole family can do together.
- For the fit Dad, buy him a membership to a local gym. Some choices in the area are Seacoast Athletics in North Hampton, Seacoast Kettlebell in Dover, and F45 Training in Portsmouth.
- If Dad is into sports and the outdoors, purchase a gift certificate at a sporting goods store such as Philbrick's Ski, Board and Bike in Dover, Runner's Alley in Portsmouth or Cinnamon Rainbows Surf Co in North Hampton.
- Take Dad out for a show. There are several theaters and venues to choose from in the Seacoast, including the Music Hall and Prescott Park Arts Festival in Portsmouth.
- There are a TON of restaurants to choose from in the Seacoast for a special meal out. If he enjoys BBQ, the Roundabout Diner & Lounge in Portsmouth is offering an all you can eat BBQ Brunch Buffet for Father's Day. If he is into jazz, the Press Room in Portsmouth is hosting a Father's Day Brunch.
- For the Dad who enjoys a tasty brew, take him to a local craft brewery for a beer. Some breweries have live music and full food menu, so you can make a whole afternoon or evening out of it! Throwback Brewery in North Hampton is open during regular business hours on Father's Day and is taking reservations, while Smuttynose Brewing Company in Hampton is hosting reggae night.
