Shopping local this holiday season in the Seacoast
For the "locovore"
Heron Pond Farm is a year-round vegetable farm & market serving the Seacoast and North Shore regions. The farm store is a one-stop-shop full of fresh, seasonal produce and a wide variety of locally sourced products from in and around New England. They offer a flexible, choice-based, weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program, with various size options and add-on subscriptions like mushrooms, meat, eggs, and dairy. Choose a pick up location that works for you: the farm in South Hampton when they're open, Dover on Tuesdays, Portsmouth on Wednesdays or North Andover on Thursdays.

Summer 2024 CSA shares go on sale during the Early Bird Special, which will start in December this year, so just a few weeks away! You can get $25 or $50 off your CSA share. Keep your eyes peeled for the sale drop and follow them on social media for the latest farm news! With several CSA options, a CSA share would make a delightful gift, or purchase a gift card that can be used in store.
On Saturdays throughout the winter, you can find Heron Pond Farm at the Seacoast Eat Local farmers markets in Stratham or Rollinsford and in Somerville.

We also get popcorn from a 4th generation family popcorn farm in PA. We make our popcorn and seasonings ourselves in our Somersworth NH facility, where we care about our popcorn crew and they care about everything they make. Our customers always tell us that Popzup is the best bagged popcorn, like it was just made in their own kitchen. The reason is that you we care about the ingredients we use and the people who make it. You can’t have great popcorn without both. Our popcorn is gluten free and non-GMO. We are working towards our b- Corp certification to be transparent about our carbon footprint. We have a recycling program and are always looking to be better and more sustainable.
