Description
Our Barre & Baby class is designed for new moms and their little ones to come together in a playful setting at the studio. This 45 minute total body class is based on the Barre & Soul Method with special emphasis on connecting back to the core and helping moms discover a fitness routine with baby at their side. We will work on safely rebalancing our bodies, targeting specific postpartum areas and work on lengthening and toning postural muscles. Like any traditional Barre & Soul class, your thighs will shake and glutes will burn, and mom will learn ways to incorporate baby into their work-outs. Babies can be worn in carriers, rest in boppies, or sleep in car seats. Mothers should cleared for workout from their postpartum doctor (minimum 6 weeks) and always honor their bodies and children first (i.e nursing/feeding, crying, bouncing and playing). Open to all - with our without baby! See you in class!
