This summer get your young person outdoors, active and healthy with friends. Lantern Light Camps runs day and overnight camp programs for children and young adults, boys and girls aged 8-16. This camp is an excellent choice for families seeking a friendly, safe, outdoor environment for their kids to find adventure and explore their interests.
There is a lot of literature that describes the benefits of the camp experience. Research shows that it gives kids the opportunity to flex and build the self confidence they are going to need in life. A child's first time paddling a canoe or swimming in a lake are big self-esteem boosters. The experiences push them out of their comfort zone while being supported by trained camp counselors and staff in a safe environment.
