It's the most wonderful time of the year! The holiday season is officially underway and the Seacoast has events and activities aplenty. Here are Macaroni KID Seacoast's picks for five things to do with your family this weekend. 

1. Decorate an Ornament




Make a visit to the Hampton Falls Free Library to decorate an ornament for the town common Christmas tree. Dec 1st, all day 


2. The Daly Family's Festival of Lights: Christmas on Pond Lane



Drive by this house in Fremont for a fun, musical light display open all season! Dec 1st & 2nd, 4:30 pm - 10 pm, Dec 3rd - 6th, 4:30 pm - 9 pm


3. Welcome to Winter Celebration - Frost Fest



Celebrate the start of all things winter at this festival in downtown Durham filled with treats, cookie decorating, crafts, ice sculpting, a visit from Santa and more! Dec 2nd, 6 pm - 8 pm


4. Candlelight Stroll



Travel back in time to the days of Christmas past at Strawbery Banke Museum. Their annual Candlelight Stroll takes place this weekend and next weekend. Dec 2nd, 5 pm - 9 pm, Dec 3rd, 4 pm - 8 pm


5. Portsmouth Illuminated Holiday Parade



The yearly Portsmouth Holiday parade will be this Sunday kicking off with the tree lighting downtown. Dec 2nd, 6 pm
