It will be so difficult to choose which events to attend this week as the Seacoast has so much to offer! From Halloween haunts to monster trucks, fairies and hobbits to food truck and beer, there is definitely something for everyone. Here are Macaroni KID Secoast's picks for five (plus) things to do this week with your family. 

1. Monster Truckz at Star Speedway




Get ready for this adrenaline pumping event taking place at Star Speedway in Epping. We also have two family four packs of tickets to giveaway to be used for any of the Monster Truckz shows this weekend! Oct 6th, 7 pm, Oct 7th, 2 pm & 7 pm, Oct 8th, 2 pm


2. Haunted Overload 2023




Prepare for the ultimate Halloween experience at Haunted Overload at DeMeritt Hill Farm in Lee. This is one frighteningly amazing time! For the littles who prefer not to be scared, check out their Day Haunt and Fright Nite Lite for a more family-friendly take on their classic spooky walk. Howl for the Animals! will also be taking place during the day haunt on Sunday. Fright Night Lite, Oct 5th, 7 pm - 8:30 pm; Day Haunt, Oct 7th & 8th, 10 am - 4 pm; Haunted Overload, Oct 7th & 8th, 7 pm - 9 pm


3. Fairy and Hobbit House Festival at Bedrock Gardens



Spend some time in nature this weekend at this enchanted event at Bedrock Gardens in Lee. Build a fairy or hobbit house. listen to stories, learn about bees and more. Oct 7th - 9th, 10 am - 4 pm


4. Smuttynose Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival



Fun for the kids and adults alike, this Smuttynose event has something for the whole family! Food, beer, lawn games, music and more will be part of the festivities. Oct 7th, 12 pm - 5 pm


5. Flashlight Corn Maze



Bring your flashlight to this special corn maze event at Tendercrop Farm in Dover. Pizza, beer, cider donuts, hot chocolate and more will be at the event, including a movie for the kiddos! Oct 7th, 6 pm - 9 pm
