I'm really loving the lineup this week for some Seacoast family fun. I know, it's still winter, but spring is right around the corner! It's February school break and we have some ideas to get you outside, and a few indoor activities if you prefer to stay cozy and warm. Here are Macaroni KID Seacoast's picks for five things to do this week with your family.
1. Story Stroll
Great Bay National Estuarine Research reserve is offering a free story hour and stroll at the Great Bay Discovery Center. March 3rd at 10 am
2. Rollinsford Winter Farmer's Market - CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER
This farmer's market is located at Wentworth Greenhouses and is one of the largest markets in the Seacoast. March 4th 10 am - 2 pm
3. Labrie Family Skate at Puddle Dock Pond
This is the last weekend to skate at Puddle Dock Pond at Strawbery Banke! Get there while you can! March 4th & 5th 9 am - 9 pm
A playgroup for toddlers and their caregivers, Tinker Time at the Children's Museum of NH offers open-ended activities through self-guided stations. Activities include building, sorting, sensory play and art. March 7th 10:30 am
Relief Parenting Respite and Resource Center offers this playgroup for children ages 18 months to 4 years as a fun way to get out some energy, practice listening skills and themes focusing on body movement. March 8th 10:15 am - 11 am
